Knowing ourselves is a fundamental skill to possess—especially during these challenging times—and a critical motivator for continuous personal and professional development. This course aims to help participants learn about stress and its impact on the body and brain, and explore the practical steps to take when faced with or living through a crisis.
Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to analyze self talk as a means of starting to build emotional equilibrium, understand how the Thinking/Feeling/Behavior model can affect their emotional response, examine personal triggers as a means of controlling the emotional response, work through a real situation using the ABCDE tool and reflect on their thinking distortions.
