We can learn a great deal by examining what it is that those who have expertise in successfully influencing others do to be so successful. By understanding our current level of influence and what we need it to be, we can forge a strategy and use practical, proven tools to influence those over whom we have no authority, just as successfully as those we work to emulate.
Through this program participants will learn to apply strategies and tactics that can help them be more effective in communicating and cooperating with their (virtual) stakeholders, influencing them without authority.
