Behavioral style patterns are based on a matrix model that details the behavioral differences between people and how they communicate. Through an understanding of the model, participants learn how to improve their performance in working with colleagues and customers.
Sometimes agreement is there just for the asking, while at other times a person needs to work hard to gain acceptance of their idea. This program details influencing techniques that address the more challenging situations. Participants will learn how to modify their behavior during communications in order to better demonstrate Advocacy (support), Empathy (understanding), and Trust (reliability). As a result they learn to communicate more effectively, improving existing partnerships and building new ones.
