DISEASE AWARENESS & PATIENT SUPPORT

Challenge:

To raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis and encourage patients and their caregivers to join the MS Connect program, which provides knowledge and guidance to those living with MS.

Strategy:

We created an emotional campaign with a positive tone designed to speak to the hearts of our target group. The campaign focused on the different roles each of us have in our lives. The message served as a reminder to see beyond the disease and enjoy their families, friends, habits, professions and ways of life. To know that they are more than MS. The tag line—Know More. Do More.—helped to emphasize the benefits of the campaign.

Solution:

Reminding patients of all that they are helps them to see that who they were before their diagnosis remains. Through a variety of strategic materials, we helped patients and their caregivers understand that the more they know, the more they are able to do to live their best lives. Brochures, welcome letters, videos, branded meetings, helpful leaflets with tips, and so many other elements completed the campaign.
